This is a vintage light pink rose strapless cocktail dress by Ceil Chapman from the 1960's. The dress has an overlay of tulle with silk embroidery and rhinestones. The tulle skirt is gathered at the waist and has an underlayer of crepe. It zips up the side and has a structured taffeta bodice with boning.
